1. Why We List Our Sub-Processors
At Lily, we believe in transparency.
This page shows the third-party companies (“Sub-Processors”) we use to help deliver our services. These providers may process:
Candidate data,
Employer data,
Call recordings or transcripts.
We only work with trusted providers who meet strict privacy and security standards.
Each Sub-Processor:
Is bound by a contract with Lily,
Meets GDPR and UK GDPR requirements,
Uses Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other safeguards for international transfers.
2. How We Use Sub-Processors
Sub-Processors help us run key parts of our platform, such as:
Hosting and infrastructure,
Phone calls and messaging,
AI processing,
Customer support tools.
We always minimise the data each provider can access — they only see what’s necessary to deliver their service.

4. Changes to This List
If we add or change a Sub-Processor, we will update this page and notify customers at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
During this time, customers can raise concerns or objections by contacting us.

6. For Candidates
If you are applying for a job through Lily:
Your data is handled by the employer you are applying to — they are the Controller of your data.
Lily only processes your data on their behalf.
These Sub-Processors never use your data for their own purposes.
If you want to access, update, or delete your data, please contact the employer directly. Lily will assist them as needed.
